Terms and Conditions

Airport Cancellation Policy:

  • If the Reservation is canceled Twenty-Four (72) hours or less (from the time of scheduled pick up), on the date of service or if the flight arrives and there is no contact within one (1) hour of the flight's arrival at the gate for domestic flights or one and a half (1 1/2) Hours of flights arriving at gate for international flights, there is a full charge for the service.

  • Any damages caused to the vehicle by the client or the client's guests will result in a minimum charge of $100.00, based on the cost of damage.

  • Any interior damage caused by a person or persons getting sick in the vehicle will result in a minimum charge of $75.00 (The final cost will be charged when the bill is received from a detail or repair shop).

  • All charges will be charged to the credit card given at the time of registration.

Hourly Transportation Cancellation Policy:

  • If the reservation is canceled twenty-four (72) hours or less (from the time of the scheduled pick-up time), there is a full charge for the service.

  • A 15-minute grace period is given from the time of the scheduled pick-up time.

  • If a vehicle is still waiting after the given grace period, there is a charge of $39.95 per hour plus 20% gratuity, for every 60 minutes, beginning from the initial scheduled pick-up time.

  • Any damages caused to the vehicle by the client or the client's guests will result in a minimum charge of $100.00, based on the cost of damage.

  • Any interior damage caused by a person or persons getting sick in the vehicle will result in a minimum charge of $75.00 (The final cost will be charged when the bill is received from a detail or repair shop).

  • All charges will be charged to the credit card given at the time of registration

Refund Eligibility:

  • 1. Cancelations must be texted to our 24/7 dispatch hotline (315) 834-4085. You will be entitled to a refund, depending on when you cancel your Booking, as follows:

  • (1) If you cancel your booking more than 14 days prior to the Journey date in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 100% of the value of your booking.

  • (2) If you cancel your booking between 7 days to 14 days prior to the Journey date in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 75% of the value of your booking.

  • (3) If you cancel your booking between 4 days to 7 days prior to the Journey date in your Booking, you will be entitled to a refund equivalent to 50% of the value of your booking.

  • (4) If you cancel your booking on the same day or 72 Hours before the Journey date in your Booking, you will not be entitled to any refund. In the event you cancel your booking directly with the transport provider, we will Call, Text, or Email you asking you to confirm your cancellation. You will need to confirm your cancellation using the links sent to you in the email.

  • 2. Customer(s) who paid a deposit will be refunded or charged depending on the amount due as per condition 1.

  • 3. In the event of a no-show at the Agreed Pick-Up Point within 45 minutes to 1 hour of the Agreed Pick-up Time you will be entitled to a full refund of the Fare, along with any Card Costs, if you paid them in advance by Card, as full and final settlement of any claim You might have in respect of such failure. However should You, at Your own discretion, decide to continue with the Trip where the Supplier turns up after 45 minutes to one hour from the Agreed time, then you will not be entitled to any such refund.

  • 5. In the event that You are not available at the Agreed Pick-Up Point within 15 minutes of the Agreed Time, it will be at the Supplier’s discretion to treat Your non-availability as a cancelation, and You will not be entitled to any refund of the Fare, and any Card Costs that you may have paid in advance. Where the Supplier decides to wait more than 15 minutes from the Agreed Time, then You may be subject to additional charges by the Supplier in respect of any additional waiting time and/or parking charges and will make such payment directly to the Supplier.

  • 6. In the event that you do not wish to use the Services for any reason and do not cancel the Booking in writing by email, call, or text, no refunds will be provided.

  • 7. In the event that you wish to cancel a return trip of your journey, you will not be entitled to any refund.

  • 8. For pre-paid Bookings, any refunds due to you for cancellations or complaints will be made to the card used to make the payment within 7-10 business days (business days being Monday to Friday).

  • 9. Customers with credit accounts or account balances will be exempt from cancellation charges.

  • 10. In the event of a Booking cancellation or no-show by a Supplier, you must contact Ubarich Rideshare Services within 7 days to issue your refund.

  • 11. In the event that You provide inaccurate details including but not limited to an invalid or missing; postcode, postcode causing traffic violation, customer name, email address, or telephone number, you will not be entitled to any refund and may incur additional charges from the Supplier in order to complete the Trip. Any and all attorney fees will be charged to the person or petitioner, therein, Ubarich Rideshare Services is not responsible for attorney fees under any circumstances, and these legal fees will be charged to the person summoning Ubarich LLC Rideshare Services. If Ubarich LLC Rideshare Services has to summon, the defendant (Not Ubarich Rideshare Services) will be responsible for all legal and attorney fees. 

Charters/Weddings/Proms/Point-to-Point Service Cancellation Policy:

  • If the reservation is canceled twenty-four (72) hours or less of weddings and/or Proms, there is a full charge of either the flat rate quoted or a total of minimum hours reserved for.

  • With regard to Point-to-Point service, there is a fifteen (15) minute grace period given from the time of the initially scheduled pick-up time (for concerts/sporting events, you do not need to schedule a return time, as the drivers find out what time the event is over. There is a 30-minute grace period given from the time the event is over)

  • If the vehicle is still waiting after the grace period has expired, there is a charge of $40.00 per Hour plus 20% gratuity for every 60 minutes. This will be charged at $10.00 every 15 minutes past the grace period.

  • Any damages caused to the vehicle by the client or the client's guests will result in a minimum charge of $100.00, based on the cost of damage.

  • Any interior damage caused by a person or persons getting sick in the vehicle will result in a minimum charge of $75.00 (The final cost will be charged when the bill is received from a retail shop).

  • All charges will be charged to the credit card given at the time of registration.

 

Additional Charges:

  • Tolls will be calculated and added as an additional charge after the reservation is confirmed.

  • Long Distance Pick-up Fees will apply if the pick-up location provided is more than 30 minutes from the closest driver's location. This charge will be in the amount of $15 and will be added after the reservation is confirmed.

  • Ubarich LLC reserves the right to add charges reasons of long-distance pickup fees, extra mileage, wait time, tolls, or damage, or under any other reasonable circumstance after the reservation has been confirmed.

  • All charges will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of registration.

 

Terms:

  • Drivers reserve the right to cancel a ride at any point before or during the ride.

  • Drivers and Ubarich LLC are not responsible for any delays experienced on the road.

    • Example: Poor weather conditions, unexpected accidents, traffic,  detours, etc.​

  • Drivers and Ubarich LLC are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle after the ride has been completed.

  • Alcohol and drug use inside the vehicle is prohibited.

  • Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited unless otherwise directed by the driver.

  • Littering (inside or outside of the vehicle) is strictly forbidden. A fee will be charged for littering, and any trash or litter left behind in the vehicle will be subject to $34.95 per article of trash or litter.

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are not permitted after the ride is completed.

If any legal action is necessary to collect the monies due, you will be responsible for all court costs, our attorney fees, and the balance due.
